I use these to develop a customized program for every one of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

 I'm a full service Coach offering not only Personal Training, but also Nutrition and Weight-loss. I will teach you how to eat healthy, show you what and how to eat, teach you how to cook, or if you need it, I will and can even prepare the food for you...specialized to you and for you. Whatever your needs, whatever your budget, we can work together to meet them.

Air-Brush Tanning and Skin Care Products

Airbrush-Tanning is a safe, and believe it or not, very organic way to get that healthy sun-kissed glow while maintaining a safe environment for one of the largest organs in, or actually on our body! While we all love being outside, in the sun, and getting that natural glowing tan it can be very harmful. I personally switched over to airbrush tanning years ago after discovering several skin cancer spots. After personally testing many tanning solutions I finally settled on one of the best on the market. In this case you truly do get what you pay for. I found that the one I use looks the most natural on every skin type. I include a pre-tan ph-optimizer which helps to keep you from getting that "oompa loompa" orange effect. Weight Loss and Nutrition

There are many ways to shed some excess pounds but usually, just a little bit of jogging won’t do the trick. Your customized program will focus not only on achieving your desired weight loss, but also in maintaining it long-term. Eating healthy is more "way of life" than a "diet" program. Once you understand the dynamics it's relatively simple. When you eat healthy, eat in the right proportions, and the right combinations, you will be surprised at how much better you will feel and sleep, as well as the exciting new way your body will look! It may be that you need a COMBINED weight-loss and exercise program for you, no problem! Whatever your needs, I look forward to working with you on your journey to a fitter, healthier you.

Personal Training

I train my client's in a private, intimate setting at Lake Norman, where my POWERPLATES are located, or at your home if you prefer. I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not acquire injuries. I'm also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you. If you have old or new injuries I'm able to help you rehab and work towards being as pain-free as possible. If you have a pace-maker, no problem, but as always, please inform your doctor of any new exercise program, and if he or she is unfamiliar with any of my techniques or equipment please have them call me. I am always happy to share any new literature with the medical community. Often, they are so busy they don't always get the newest information/data about new studies. I train and rehab children, adults, mature adults, and professional athletes.
