Training Method that Fits You!

Everyone is different, and this is why a personal trainer should take your individual requirements into consideration, and create a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I'm here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want. Not everyone likes to train alone. A recent survey performed by 24 Hour Fitness said that “80% of people say they are more likely to work out if they have a partner”. This is further supported by a study performed by Penn State researchers stating that simply having a supportive friend, or significant other, to work out with makes you more likely to stick with your fitness regimen. I know from personal experience that it’s hard to rely on friends to always be there when you’re ready and willing to do the work, and that’s why my “style” of training is a little different from most trainers. I will do much of the work along with you. I have found that my clients are much more motivated, willing, encouraged to do the work, and it also helps them to see the correct form. Regardless of what you prefer, either for me to do it with you or not, I will design a personal game-plan specific to YOU. My training methods offer you multiple choices.

Private

The classic training program. You're the client and I'm your trainer. I'll workout along side of you to keep you in the game. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals. You do 20 squats, I do 20 squats. That’s how easy it is. We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.

Girlfriend Special OR Semi-Private

You don’t do anything without your best girlfriend? No problem. Maybe even your son or daughter. I can train and motivate both of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible.

Small-Group Personal Training

This is my most popular style of training program: it's affordable, it's built-in accountbility, it's fun, and you get a personal traininer with all the benefits and easier on the wallet, all while you're getting proper training on form and posture. Once you start reaping the benefits you may decide that working out with a trainer is a perfect way to get fit and stay motivated. 

Youth-Training

It's recognized that most youth want a more personalized approach to their training, so I work one-on-one on absolutely anything and everything: weight-loss, improve fitness and coordination, increase strength, and strengthen according to their sport. You'll see noticeable results in your child's self-esteem and social behavior, and they'll learn new habits for keeping a healthy life-style and staying over-all fit with behavior patterns that will last a lifetime. I also offer "group" rates if a few of his/her friends want to do it together.

Senior Fit Classes

A 6-week program designed especially for adults 50 and up. Participants take part in low-impact movement, functional resistance exercises, and flexibility (yoga-like) training designed to increase muscular strength, improve mobility, improve neuro-muscular skills, all while improving overall balance. Studies show that with regular exercise ARTHRITIS pain and stiffness improves.

Family
A close-knit family is a guarantee to good results: in the kitchen, on vacation, and also in the gym. Of course, the training for the entire family is based on the minimum skill level of all family members. It is very important to me that no one gets left behind. After all, we want to achieve something together!

TRX & TRX RIP TRAINING

At the studio TRX is used for flexibility, strength training, resistance, and in conjunction with other modalities in most sessions. TRX was born in the Navy SEALS. TRX Suspension Traineris a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. TRX Rip Trainer was originally created to meet the needs of combat sport athletes and physical therapists. Rip Training variable resistance exercise is a multi-faceted approach to strength and cardiovascular conditioning that challenges you in all three planes of motion every rep, every set, every workout.
