I encourage you to take the challenge, own your life, and make being healthy, fit, and looking and feeling great a permanent part of it. I'm a Personal Trainer AND Wellness Coach in the Lake Norman area, and offer many types of services that will work for you, including affordable phone and online coaching. I was a Registered Respiratory Therapist with a very strong foundation in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, and a Cardiac Cath Technician, and have spent many of my early years as an aerobics instructor, taking courses in how to train clients safely and avoid injuries. Posture and form are key in training and preventing, as well as, rehabbing old and new injuries. It’s vitally important to learn how to do it correctly the first time with an educated, experienced Personal Trainer or Coach. We are NOT all created equal, unfortunately. Finding a Trainer or Coach should be something which you take seriously. It's not worth the possibility of long term injuries that you may incur from repetitive improper training. Injuries rarely just disappear, most often you'll have to deal with them the rest of your life. So don't just shop "rates", shop "quality, experience, & education".

Exercise

Exercise is the "Fountain of Youth". Exercise is necessary to lose weight, build muscle and live an overall healthy life.

Strength training and aerobic activity directly affect the production of hormones released by your adrenal glands. The increased adrenal gland function aids in building muscle mass and promoting fat loss. HGH is released through exercise, specifically after resistance training. So let's build a plan based on your lifestyle!

Water

I can't say enough about how important staying hydrated is for your body! Without water you will die...it's that important! It can help prevent cancer, make you less cranky, enhance performance, help you lose weight, have less muscle and joint pain, prevents injuries, helps to flush out bacteria and toxins, prevents headaches, makes your skin glow, and helps nutrients circulate throughout your body...all key facts! Drink a minimum of half of your body weight in ounces is a good rule. Get HYDRATED!
